Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are completed during checkout. Once you proceed to checkout, you will be directed to a live calendar where you can select your own available date and time. Availability is shown in real time.

Mobile Service Requirements
Carroll Car Care is a mobile detailing service. For all mobile appointments, access to both water and electricity is required at the service location. As of now Carroll Car Care Services Kirkwood, Creve Coeur, Ballwin, Webster Groves, Fenton, and most surrounding areas. If you're not sure if you fit Mobile Service Requirements, contact us.
Service Time
Most vehicles are completed in three hours or less. However, customers should schedule around a five-hour time frame in case the vehicle is in worse condition than expected or if any unexpected issues arise during the detail.
Payment Methods
We accept most forms of payments. If you do not see your desired form of payment at checkout, contact us.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the $100 deposit being kept.

No-shows will also result in the deposit being kept.
Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
If the condition of the vehicle is not accurately disclosed prior to the appointment and requires additional time, effort, or specialized work, pricing and time may be adjusted on the spot.
Pet hair, odors, and stains are offered as add-on services during checkout. If excessive pet hair, heavy odors, or severe stains are present and were not disclosed beforehand, additional charges will apply.
Expectations & Limitations
Scratches, rips, tears, and permanent imperfections typically cannot be fully restored if they require more than chemicals and manual labor. Results vary based on the condition of the vehicle, and not all damage can be corrected through detailing alone.
Weather Policy
We work in most weather conditions. However:

If exterior work is scheduled and there is active rain, we will contact the customer to discuss a solution.

We do not work in below-freezing temperatures.
Personal Belongings
Customers may leave personal belongings in the vehicle prior to the detail. If belongings are left inside, they will be carefully placed into trash bags and either handed directly to the customer or safely returned to the trunk or storage compartment of the vehicle.
Any food or perishable items will be discarded.
Vehicle Access & Keys
If the customer will not be present at the scheduled appointment time, the vehicle must be:

Parked in an accessible location

Fully unlocked, or

Keys must be placed or hidden in a secure agreed-upon location (such as a lockbox, gas cap, or similar)

This allows us to properly prepare and ensure the best possible results.
