Refund Policy

At Carroll Car Care, we take pride in delivering high-quality results and professional service. Due to the nature of detailing services, all sales are subject to the following refund and cancellation policies.


Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.


Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are fully refundable, including the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the $100 deposit being retained.

  • No-shows will also result in the deposit being retained.


Service Completion & Satisfaction

Once a detailing service has been completed, the $100 deposit is non-refundable.

In the rare event that a customer is extremely dissatisfied or believes the results fall significantly short of expectations, Carroll Car Care may, at its discretion, choose not to charge the full remaining balance of the service. However, the deposit will still be retained to account for time, labor, and resources already committed to the job.

Refunds or partial charges are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the condition of the vehicle, services performed, and time invested.


Non-Refundable Services

Detailing is a labor-based service. Once work has begun or services have been rendered, refunds are generally not provided. Permanent defects such as scratches, rips, stains, fading, or wear that cannot be corrected through standard detailing methods are not grounds for a refund.


Final Notes

By booking a service with Carroll Car Care, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these policies. Our goal is always to deliver exceptional results while maintaining fair and transparent business practices.
